08/07/2014 19:50 Roscommon Indian Rupee

08/07/2014 18:20 Roscommon Ellie Mia

08/07/2014 20:10 Brighton Aristocratic Duty

08/07/2014 16:30 Pontefract It Must Be Faith

08/07/2014 15:30 Pontefract Gold Club

Yesterday produced some good in-running results highlighted by Winning Warlock In-Running Ratings with Moulin De La Croix trading at odds-on after going off at 24.5 on Betfail BSP.  This horse had traded at less the 10% of it's starting price 10 times before and twice been beaten 1.02 so this was the obvious play with this horse.

Today good in running lays lie with 'It Must Be Faith' who drops down to 6 furlongs after racing over further and though this is a tougher race than previous he can be expected to run well enough to trade at half his current odds of around 30 on Betfair.

Over at brighton in the 20:10 'Aristocratic Day' has possibilities of trading very short in-running - he currently trades around 8.4 and has traded at less than 10% of his starting price in three of his six runs so could be layed around the 2.0 mark as a very speculative but with high reward lay.

'Ellie Mia' running at Roscommon has an history flattering and trading short but did win last time so there will be plenty of support for this one. The horse currently trades around 6.0 and a lay around the 2.0 - 2.5 mark is advised.

'My Betty' and Indian Rupee' both look good oppurtunities to lay at half their current trading prices in running.  Although 'Gold Club' is 5 star rated he hasn't been trading so short recently so caution is advised as better chances are available elsewhere.

You can either look to back these selections before the race and to lay off in-running to make a profit or just lay them in running which could cost you a lot if they win.  Check out today's ratings and results of previous selections on http://www.winningwarlock.com

  1. ‘It Must Be Faith’ traded short in running at less than half of BSP as expected. Despite pulling for its head and not settling for the first couple of furlongs it still managed to get competitive and once settled duly began to trade short as it cruised in to front rank going in to the last couple of furlongs before fading. ‘Gold Club’ traded below BSP but not short enough and was advised to avoid in its recent form.

The front running ‘My Betty’ traded as low as 2.3 after starting at over 32 on BSP, after briefly being headed she kicked on again and looked to have all in trouble before folding late on but hung on for third. ‘Indian Rupee’ travelled well throughout and traded as low as 8.0 from his original BSP of 40.53.

‘Aristocratic Duty’ who started at 7.86 on BSP ran well and was just beaten in a photo trading as low as 1.17 which made for a good lay back at even money. ‘Ellie Mia’ was a non-runner.
